Anyway, since they're planning to replicate this setup, quite a few of the mechanical arrangements can be improved for better efficiency. e.g. Pyrolyze bagass before burning or even pelletize same for local market. Get some engineers to redesign the base bearing of the traditional oil mill and reduce burden on the bull. What's the power supply system setup of the farm ?
