Based on your allusion, the police can do no wrong and are above the law. That is slavery all over again. If it is proven the policeman was drunk and initiated the car bump without waiting to check the welfare and safety of the citizen, then the Policeman should actually be the one stripped of his uniform and jailed. Even if the claims are correct, the officers had stopped, Seun walked up to them, he should have just taken their identities, vehicle identity, gone ahead to do the needful than assaulting him there, at least he did not skid into the Lagoon and was not brutalized whatsoever. The police also have the freedom of speech provided for the citizenry. If the police officer said anything wrong, Seun was entitled to also pick his material evidences to establish his claims to the right places, not physically assaulting him.
