There are loads of white Americans visiting Africa including young white people on school trips. I overheard them at Nairobi airport telling their families in America how much they loved Africa but black Americans are discouraged from having any contact with their motherland because they don’t want them to become independent by doing business with Africans that could prosper the black community and build their economy so that they become independent off the social security system

@@prospektarty1513 wyte folks don't love Africa for the reasons you think. Of course tons of Wytes visit,they have the money for #1, they are a very Curious ppl for #2 but only to go home and then make fun of what they saw,and #3 if there is ever a possibility for them to takeover, they will ‼️ I'm not speaking of all Wytes but 93% of them are this way. Black foreigners are now traveling to all of Africa to embrace the Motherland. For decades they were told not only by Wytes,but by African's,that they weren't wanted. Just what the Wytes wanted. Czech, that place Eko Atlantic you're walking through freely used to be part of the ocean. It was sand filled and converted to a land.
@ADE-of-LAGOS
@ADE-of-LAGOS Жыл бұрын
It was actually coastal land lost to the ocean over several decades. My elementary school in the late 1970s was / is in that area. I remember we always needed to walk for few hundreds of meters on the sands from (Ahmadu Bello) road to get to the shoreline. Over time, most part of that was lost to the ocean due to coastal erosion.

Like a gallant Nigerian tribal King, Czech In Effect gingerly and sauvely walks to Oniru Beach. A cotton candy sky reigns over the blue flowing waters amid regal, opulent, splendid Nigerian ladies dressed regally and other Nigerians enjoying the beach waters. The camera panned and gave subscribers close ups of Nigerians boat riding, camel and horse riding, socializing, laughing, talking, joking. Vendors sold merchandise in the beach milieu. Blazing hip Nigerian music set the vibe. Young lads are having fun playing soccer/football. He took photos of beautiful Nigerian ladies. Ekco Atlantic is a spectacular splendid view. Thanks Czech In Effect for showing nice areas of Nigeria. You are doing a phenomenal job.. Isn't Nigeria having monies challenges?

Chez - Eko Atlantic planned to be the Nigerian equivalent of Manhattan in New york. It was launched in 2003. You see what can be done in 20 years in Nigeria. Just 6 high rise buildings. Slow progress. It is about 2,600 acres. London 2012 Olympic village is 560 acres( 5 times smaller than Eko Atlantic), Manhattan is 14,600 acres (6 times bigger than Eko Atlantic) , Woodberry Down is 64 acres in Hackney London will have 5,000 flats started 2009 planned to be completed 2040 . Currently has 2500 flats built as at 2023. It is ( 41 times smaller than Eko Atlantic) Majority ownership is Lebanese called Chagoury who has links with now dead brutal dictator of Nigeria Abacha. Eco Atlantic is beautiful. I think this is a great initiative by the private and public sectors of Nigeria. It looks like they created this platform to bring in building developers and multinational companies to Nigeria. I hope that corruption has not crippled the project. Having worked on corruption cases in the west, I can tell you that there are many countries, where companies have to pay up to 20% of their investment capital before being allowed into their markets. If that is true of Nigeria, you may see this place remain the way it is. There are laws in the US that prohibit US companies from paying bribes to foreign officials.
