I am still thinking about the straw hat men for the wedding. I know we all have our own traditions, but I just can’t think of any reason how someday that came to pass? Like how did someone come up with two men dressed in a bed sheet with straw covered heads could bring a wedding couple good luck or something. I actually inherited a quilt with these flour sack cloth designs; it was made by farmers' wives in a quilting-bee in Texas and is over 100 years old.
