Megyn did a wonderful job with this! We saw this movie this weekend and it is a MUST SEE! Exactly like Megyn said when you see it ... for 2 hours you will be glued to your seat and not looking left or right just straight at the screen. At the end of the movie you will be still glued to your seat and you will probably be fighting back tears. The Best movie I have seen in years. You see what these heroes really went through ... you will see a small group of our nations best (Navy Seals and contractors with the most elite military training) putting their lives on the line to save the Ambassador and all the people in the Annex. It is real fighting and it is incredible that these few men could fight off Hundreds. No Hollywood made up script can compare to the real fighting that occurs in this movie. These men are incredible!!

The revolution allowed a lot of weapons to go throughout Libya so the CIA was in charge of getting the men of Benghazi to turn in the heavy equipment and heavy weapons.... Libya has oil, Syria has oil... easy to figure out.

about the movie, i like that its telling the real story, but i wish they would have chosen someone like Clint Eastwood instead of Michael Bay. he makes good movies and all, but the realism just isn't there most of the time. this is the type of movie that should be gritty and real, not explosive and exciting. think beasts of no nation, not mission impossible. gonna watch it regardless.

I think Jack (not shown since he was or is on duty somewhere else), Oz, Tonto and Tig had something to do with it. It was realistic. The gun battles, tactics, and a true layout of where the consulate and CIA compound were. Excellent movie that showed an American tragedy.
