@@Youre_Right because in France we have a pure dissuasive doctrine and we only shoot missiles to test them and strenghten our nuclear capability (just like the M51 a few weeks ago in bisca, close to where I live) and for Israel it's much more complicated, it was basically a way for them to protect themselves using small SCUD mounted warheads but still they can't use it against Hamas because of radiation particles which would also hit israeli ground.
