Iohan, the best video series KZbin has ever recommended to me was yours!! You are a poet, dreamer, and explorer combined all in one. The world would be such a better place if a majority of the people were half as loving and kindhearted as you. May God bless and keep you through all your travels.

I have been mountain biking for about two years and when I came across your channel a few months back, I wanted to ride even more. Your videos and outlook on life are motivating to say the least. I've seen other bike packers videos and they seem to complain the entire time. Not you though, you take it and keep on going. Thank you very much for all the hard work biking, editing, and surviving you've been doing for the last 6 years. I will continue watching your adventures and make sure to make more of my own adventures. Stay safe out there and keep on pedaling.

Looking forward to the next videos - who knows maybe one day we'll meet up on the road! Wind to your back!

Man, dude, man... you are such an inspiration for so many people, i hope i someday try a trip. Thank you for your videos, always leaving a warm feelings in me it's like i am on a journey, and the music (especially with the first 5-6 parts) is very well picked, when i am not smiling i am laughing at your luck (that drunk man almost hitting the boat at the bridge was very funny for me :D not in this part). I have a few questions and advises for you: what are you eating (the tings that you carry constantly when its not fruits, seeds and food from people); don't you get depressed or loosing the point of the journey sometimes (its around 2 years now right); why don't you try some slicker tires i mean you push when the road is bad and you go on pavement often, something like maxxis ikon, schwalbe smart sam, continental race king. Shorter more frequent videos are the way to go, easier to watch for me at least. Do you know any bulgarian? Успех, Йоане, това е живота! :)
@IohanGueorguiev8 жыл бұрын
Peter, razbirase che znam bulgarski! Mersi. food really depends on what is available, how long between towns and money. In mexico I was buying fresh potatoes and veggies from the stores everyday, on the canol trail (ep13!) I had a good mix of instant mash potatoes, freeze dry food and meat/cheese for 15 days, in southwest USA it was noodles for breakfast lunch and dinner :) it doesn't bother me to go slow on pavement with big tires, having them also encourages more off-road travel good to hear your opinion about the videos, I actually did them shorter because rendering that 48min episode for guatemala was nearly impossible. as for frequency its tough to find time and computer to edit often but who knows! cheers
@ПетърПетров-й9ф8 жыл бұрын
:D thanks for the explanation, i am really happy when you go off road and downhill, that's what i like to ride, but i can't imagine the balls you have for biking and holding that camera stick. Всичко най-добро ти пожелавам, и продължавай до Аржентина!

I am simply fascinated by your adventure and your movies. It is nothing less than fantastic! My husband and I are also bicycling around the world right now and expect that it will take anywhere between 6-8 years. Pt. we have been on our way for a year. I have so many quistions and Im sure there is more to come ;) What program do you use to make your movies (I use iMovie). How do you get uploaded to KZbin? I seem to have trouble, just by uploading films under 10 minutes. How do you get loaded your batteries? You may use infinitely battery. And how can you stabilize your films so well that they do not shake, even when riding on rocky roads? What cameras do you use? It does not seem like you have a lot of luggage, what did you bring? Are you still on the road? Could be fun to meet;) Take care of yourself and THANK YOU for sharing with us :) PS .: ow does this work? I have no idea how to find out if you answer? Hm ??? Can you write to me privately? If interested, you can see our preliminary trip here: www.worldbiketravellers.dk

Hi Birgit, i think you get a notice in your email when i reply, if you want email at iohan.gue@gmail.com too I use sony vegas pro to edit the videos and upload them when I can (sometimes it can be slow, i looked for a week to be able to upload #15). Batteries get recharged by big cache battery (i use anker) I dont use any stabilization at all in this video for panama, just try to be steady. Now i have a sony camera with built in optical stabilizatiin which i like. What do i bring?www.bikewanderer.com , see bike and gear. I am changing few things now
