Love your reviews. Have made a few purchases based on them, and always consult your channel when considering a new purchase. Perhaps it is a generational thing, but it is hard for me to understand the popularity of "black roots". As far back as I can recall, allowing one's roots to go dark was considered a lapse of grooming standards. People spoke of it in derisive terms - "Oh, she was so unkempt. Clothes all wrinkled, and blonde hair with black roots." How has that turned around? Why would one deliberately pay for black roots, when buying a wig ensures that no such thing could ever happen? I adore my Raquel Welch biscuit wigs for their scrupulously expert blend of colours and never having to make touch-ups. My 'hair' is always impeccable. It's wonderful that you have labeled the wig stands behind you, and I often consult the guide in the description.. Very helpful! Thanks again for all of your hard work, and Happy New Year!

I think it's preference really! I'm 72 years old and have always loved dark roots because I've always loved frosted hair colors!

@@cynthialambert9067 Fashions change, styles in color do also. We get used to the changes in time, but there's something for everyone. Some people hate distressed jeans still, long red fingernails, or crocs shoes :) In hair, a darker root gives the color depth and dimension; in wigs, it helps disguise the wefts also.

thanks for showing one of the two styles i'm interested in (the other is newport, so i'm looking forward to your review of that one, hopefully soon!) this is a lovely style, and in the stock photos, before it was available, to me it looked like an updated city roast, and you did sort of make that comparison. belle tress seemed to be what i purchased most in the beginning of my wig journey, until i discovered the comfortable and (in my opinion) much more beautiful caps of other brands...it truly made me realize how flimsy the ear tabs on belle tress actually are. in this new collection, along with the upgraded extended lace, the upgraded velcro adjusters, did they actually put more sturdy metal stays in the ear tabs or are they just as flimsy? i love so many old and new BT styles, but am truly hesitant to order more simply because of the "less than" cap construction. is this new collection truly worth a mind shift for me? I do love the look of los angeles and newport, but just don't want to be disappointed. i truly trust your judgement. thanks in advance.

Hello! The ear tabs are similar to the older caps, but ample in my opinion. The upgraded lace and Velcro adjusters wows me personally making it worth it! Hope this helps! 💛💛💛

Thanks for sharing! I think there are about 12 colors available on this style, however because its a brand new style, some colors may not be in inventory yet:-) BT Cherry is discontinued, so when inventory is gone, they will no longer produce this style XOXO

Hi Taz! Love this. I just ordered based on your review for the BT LOS ANGELES! I have always been a fan of Belle Tress Wigs but do not like rooted colors. I have 8 Trend Alerts (Gabor) in Biscuit and Golden Wheat (Yes, I LOVE). Some I have flat ironed and cut so I have them all in different styles from curly to straight. This looks like a similar sister style which has less hair and am excited to try it. I wish I had not just ordered two more Gabor Trend Alerts. My issue is not sure which color, because I do not like rooted colors on me. They do not have crushed almond (looks great on you) without roots, so I ordered the Buttercream Blonde since I like some warmth. I hope it will be OK. Now, I am dying to see you review NEWPORT by Belle Tress and also would love for you to do a side-by-side COMPARISON (you do this so well) for all the new blonde shades in this collection by Belle Tress. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You are my favorite wig presenter! Happy New Year! 💗
