@@jng72769 Most of Southern California's beach front property where its on the sand has the public walking/bike lane in front. You get it used to it and its only in the daytime

@@talk2vjay yet another reason to live in Florida. Almost no boardwalks and very few people walking in most places you can buy a house. Cheaper too. Plus a lot more places in FL to have a boat and enjoy it.
