Loved this video of Tirana and easily the best I’ve seen , I was convinced but my wife wasn’t as I’m sure you know the media are rotten and give countries a hard time and lie . Thank you so much for your lovely comment. I’m glad you and your wife are going to visit Tirana it is a lovely city. We have always felt safe here. But we never go out late so I’m not sure what the night life would be like if that something you and your wife do. The cost of living here is much less than any other country we’ve been to. And it’s full of the café culture which we both enjoy. Good luck with your future trips and have safe travels.

@@will-rose we are the same , we tend to get up early and get out and enjoy the day eat lunch out and then late afternoon about 4 have some dinner a few drinks etc and latest back at hotel is about 8 , never been late night people . Thanks for reply appreciate it 👍🇬🇧 have a nice weekend

New to your channel on Albania. Wonderful job in showcasing Tirana👍 Would you say it is a good country to retire? If the answer is affirmative,which city would you choose for a permanent relocation?

I think it’s a great city to retire and I’m thinking about doing it. For me I would pick Tirana but Vlore is my second pic it’s lovely that’s where we’re going next but that’s just because it’s winter and Vlore‘s not that cold. There are just a lot more things to do in Tirana I love Saranda as well but it’s a little small and my wife’s not completely in love with it but I love the promenade is great for walking. You only visited the center of Tirana You must check out the new area are more beautiful than plazaa or skanderbeg Square Lake artificial of Tirana for example :D
