I didn't know of joey and Rory until my wife introduced me to them when she announced she had cancer. Since then I have enjoyed listening to their music. I hear this song and I just hope that she is sitting beside her brother singing and laughing waiting on the rest of their family.

You know, my girlfriend of 10 years passed Nov 1st 2023. Following her instructions I waited until all family was available to scatter her ashes where she had scattered her husband's of 20 years. I followed through with my promise, as a Man should. Her husband passed shortly after she did...she went ahead to prepare his place right beside her they had a special needs daughter the family is taking care of...what an amazing loving family...they are watching , helping and protecting their daughter from up there...the little girl has many angels watching over her...

I'm laying here in bed watching this and bawling like a baby. This coming Saturday we'll be burying my 15 year old niece Haley who passed away from CF and a congenital heart defect. Yes my heart is breaking right now. But it's breaking because she was fought for so long. At the same time I'm rejoicing because I know Jesus healed her in a way that He saw fit. And Haley brought so much joy and laughter to those around her even if they were strangers. This world won't be the same without my mini me.

I was really touched by this beautiful song because it brought so many memories of my relationship with my beloved Mom whom has gone to be Jesus back in December 1998, and it still feels like it was yesterday. Pana ..I llost my mom to almost the same type of Cancer...it's been a little over 3 years and I still wake up wanting to call her..a year almost to the day my Aunt was murdered (by her husband) my mom's sister..so my grandfather lost two children way before their time..my mom was only 58 and my aunt was 52..I just don't know how he did it..losing one child is bad but two..no matter their ages..they are still his children ... I'm sure he was devastated..he did a good job covering his pain...it's so unnatural losing children... My Mom had to have a double mastectomy due to it. It gave us a few more years with her. She passed on 2/20/22 to R.I.P.in Jesus's arms. What a wonderful tribute to her younger brother. I am stunned that 740 people have indented a dislike in this! Have you no compassion or love for your own siblings? I have 7 sisters and 3 brothers and we all got on so well but we have lost five of the my older sisters and one brother and it is sometimes hard to handle but with our Lord Jesus Christ looking after them I feel great comfort.
