love this idea for a channel and what you said about planning… a body that collaborates in fits and starts (chronic migraine over here) means a lot of traditional planning advice just doesn’t end up being useful. This year I’m even rethinking specific plants in terms of how many spoons/how much ongoing energy they need from me. Like a plant by plant rethink… two years of tomato harvests lost to pain days has me getting super honest with myself 😅
