I just got this same kit and it didn't come with any instructions lol followed your video but used the pods they supplied though for the second tray I'm going to use my own soil like you did. Thanks for the video!

what kind of directions do you really need you put the light on top and the soil in the bottom put your seeds in

@youfool6383 it came with disc's and I wasn't sure how much water to use. First time ever trying to grow I garden and didn't want to mess it up, use too much water and get root rot. I also wasn't sure how to set the lights as mine didn't have anything written on the buttons. So a little help in how to set the lights to auto turn on and off would have been good.

I actually transplant them a couple times .. from the planter to a larger 'cup' then to the ground

Any updates on the growth? I have seen people say the plant get geta bit lengthy

All 80 seeds germinated and are about 3inches right now. I've just posted a video on an indoor greenhouse and you can see other plants that I started in seed starters...they don't seem "strong" so to speak but I have transplanted them dirt hoping to strengthen the roots before moving outside. The tomato plants and pepper plants were started in a hydoplanter and they seem to be doing quite well.

Bought it after seeing this but it didn't come with any instructions. I notice the lights go through a cycle of all colours then single colours but I cannot find any information on what colours to use. Any information? Thanks.

hope this answers your question: Blue light: Helps plants produce chlorophyll, which is the pigment they need to grow. It also helps encourage germination and root development in young plants and seedlings. Blue light is the most important light for plant growth. Red light: Regulates plant growth and helps plants produce flowers and fruit. When combined with blue light, red light allows plants to flower.
