Seeing Dark Shadowy Spirit figures Close or Touching You

I seen a dark shadow 5 mouths ago when I walked out my bathroom. It stopped about 5 seconds. And we looked at each other. Then it ran very fast though a open door and vanished. I was very shocked what I seen.... And it took me weeks getting over it. I mentioned it to my mum and dad. My dad said they is no such thing... But my mum said she has seen shadow figures too. I just saw one of your spirit guides I believe, he is from the middle east and wears a turban off white or cream, I believe he is arabian maybe an arabian knight and there are camels around him and tents. I feel he is pleased with you and happy that you make the time to link with him and others of your guides. He brings light to your life and uplifts you when you are feeling all alone and in need of loving upliftment. He is also your protector, he watches over you. Last night I asked my angels for a gate keeper after watching this video! 2 minutes later I heard like wind blowing sound on my left side moved over my head and I felt a very big being filling the whole space in the room. Immediately I felt huge change in the energy of the room! there was feeling of goosebumps all over my body and cold feeling. I became light and felt happy! This morning I woke up easily! my body is light! had strong feeling to clean my studio apartment and take shower! I did so. the strange thing is, the whole morning time since I woke up, I had heavy mucus discharge from my throat and sinuses! it resolved by it self in around 4 hours! everything in myself and around me feels great and different! Well that was a good thing asking for a gatekeeper, they keep other negative things at bay, the mucus was a cleansing to, so that was good as well. We often have powerful guides or angel that can help us and spirit energy can feel cold or hot and the goose bumps and their energy around us or protection.

Thanks for the info! My first time meditating into the spirit realm I saw a fog first then I saw my living room where I sat as if I opened my eyes. I noticed a black figure looking over the back of the couch resting it’s hands on the top of the couch. It was kinda leaning towards me looking at me. It was solid black outlined in a bright white aura like light. I got scared and ended the meditation and felt scared even though I didn’t feel it was bad. I haven’t tried it again since that experience, and it’s been about 5 months. I’m finally a little better informed and I’m gonna try again.

Yes this can happen to some. Those who are aware of spirit can sense them in many different ways though clairsentient senses, and one of them is being touched or brushed. The most common is seeing them as dark shadows to one side.

Thank you Neil, I feel related to the subject, last week I commented that a black vanishing shadow hugged me in my sleep. Then the next day I saw two orbs I thought that was my imagination. I do believe that those were my parents. I lost my father last september from a sudden death and then my mother on passed last june from heart decease and diabetes. Yes well we do have spirit guide and other spirit, plus loved ones, most likely you were in a far more spiritually aware state in your sleep before you woke up and remained there, so more sensitive to the spirit in your home at that time. So I had a dream where I was being dragged by a dark figure, but it didn't look human it was more like just a dark figure with white eyes. Probably mostly a dream, but spirit sometimes interact in dreams. However the subconscious can enact many fears in dreams, maybe at the time you where being made to do something you did not want to do and felt like you were being pushed or dragged into it against you will.

I saw a figure darker than the night in the night and it felt like a male. I was walking my dog and thought my neighbor was behind me. The figure stayed right there until I told it to go into the light (calmly) and if it has unfinished business go ahead and finish it so you can move on. It walked away down the street then disappeared. I wasn’t scared because I’ve seen ghosts before and other things.

Yes were having astral paralysis or catalepsy, where we returning to body before waking up your physical body if frozen so that the spirit can settle back in and reconnect it only lasts a minute or two. So you have been out of body in spirit or astral projection to the astral panes and may not have any memory of it as it is in the spirit mind. The figure you saw would almost certainly be one of your spirit guide just checking you got back into body safely. The reason you could see them is because you spirit senses were very powered up and aware of spirit at the time.

Hi Lexis, yes asking for a gatekeeper is good. It sounds very much as though you are having astral project an out of body experience and maybe lucid dreaming at the same time. When you see the face looking at you it is your spirit guided checking you have got back into the physical body safely nothing to fear and you see it because for a short while when you wake you are in a far more spiritual state of mind and awareness. The experience may be your own past lives or spirit showing you their lives as though you see through their eyes. IN out=r or their pasts both good and bad have happened, so you are seeing both sides of the coin. Often this is part of your learning experience here on earth. We call this learning or sleep-state spiritual experiences.

I had an awakening a few years ago. Since then I've had come into contact with my spirit guide and I have many astral projections. Sometimes there is a shadow spirit that talks to me I can see the outline of its body and I feel it grab my arms or lift me out of bed.
