It's a ridiculous premise, but it seems that they are basically identical to each other's previous lovers. His love died in the car accident that killed hers. She swerved into their car to protect the ML from impact and it killed the FL's love. I think the FL chose to be with the ML cuz they were identical but also making him a substitute unknowingly was revenge. He chose the FL cuz she looked like his love. He treated her bad though because he didn't want to fall in love with her and betray hos original love. Both fell for each other while playing this game of deception but they hurt each other too deeply to continue. Letting each other go in the end was best, but you are right that their choices led to both suffering.

So, like a typical cdramas, the FL's lover died in a car accident in which his heart goes to the ML. The ML looks like her lover, so she gets plastic surgery to look like his dead lover. Both get married, but like the sayingvgoes, take what each other wants. However, the more times they stay with each other and a baby in between, the conflict of the hearts needs resolutions before one can let go. Interesting plot, but kinda repeating like other similar synopsis. Note: it's supposed to be a sad ending cuz each went each other ways. It's the best ending for these two. If it's ment to be, they could fall back and still end together. But if not, its best this way.

All these dramas are all the same storyline. A mean husband bully the wife while the the mistress is protected. And it’s all started with bulled abused then right at the end comes back to a goody goody end 🙄 eh it’s kind of boring they all seems the same 😏

The lead lady is a selfish kind of woman she underwent plastic surgery to just get resembled with the girlfriend of the man who died. The Caption doesn't fit itself to the story. The KZbinr used to deceive their viewers for money. But the recycled drama they have reaploaded has low quality..
