In the past 8 years & 9 months we’ve gone through ups & downs, we’ve opened & closed several branches, we’ve tweaked the menu many times and even survived a pandemic. From 5 branches now we are down to one & it’s this one that I am most proud of. This feels like a rebirth & a new beginning and truly represents what I believe Sarsa stands for. I remember we had a food crawl in December and my 12-year-old niece, of all the six restaurants we ate at, said that she enjoyed Sarsa most (fell in love with your caldereta empanada). I remembered a month ago, I was super craving for their sisig and kansi bulalo that I requested my husband to have our lunch there. As we passed the restaurant location I initially thought that they are already closed and I almost cried.
