I started around the Welcome to Hell update, before there were fists, hidden aspects, Demeter, or alternate mirror talents. By then Hades was the final boss, but it's wild to think that Lernie was the final boss for quite a while. Heat was also funny back then because you could do easily over 100 heat.

i didn't play til 1.0 so this was such a fun watch! that dash is bizarre, i can't imagine enjoying the game nearly as much with a choppy teleport instead of a dash. that lernie glitch you showed at the end actually made me yell "WHAT"

Lernie used to have sandwich-dropping pots on the top left and right parts of the arena, that's where the heals came from that you were wondering about

I was watching vinesauce play and remember being totally shocked after the Nighty Night update. There's a lot of content added but Jen Zee's art of Nyx replacing the more subtle cloaked shade art just blew me away. I've never stopped admiring her work!
