SEEK Thermal Outdoors Test

This is my first test of the SEEK Thermal imager. I purchased it for the purpose of tracking downed game such as deer and bear. I haven't been able to use it in a hunting type senario as of yet. It will be put to the test this October's deer hunt.
This is the same image you would see in complete darkness.

Which version of the seek thermal did you use? Regular or XR?

Hi. Did you get to use it out in the field yet? I'm considering something like this for the same reason and wondering if it's practical. Plus, I imagine getting out to my tree stand before light and looking around the woods with this thing -how cool it would be to see something that I couldn't otherwise see!
