This is one of my biggest worries about enlisting in the air force I came to maximize my potential regardless of race I don't want those efforts and time wasted because of someone's personal views

To the individual who published this video, thank you! Thank you for allowing individuals who look like myself give their candid experiences on racial disparities in the United States Air Force. Thank you for allowing me to shed a few tears to know that you want to see and be the change going forward collectively. Thank you for allowing future Airmen like myself to understand that an action is a verb, and in order to see the change, the Air Force is shifting paradigms to allow their words to match their actions. Thank you for allowing individuals from all ranks to include their testimonies and not edit out the answers to be politically correct to the masses. I know that there will be work that needs to be done, but the first step to change is admitting and acknowledging that racism does exists. In sum, thank you for being the first leader of the Uniformed Services to publish this video in such times. I just hope that I see some of this change upon my enlistment into the U.S. Air Force!❤

If you need special help because you're X Y or Z, you don't deserve the job. No matter the position. It's supposed to be earned by merit, not identity quotas.

@@SuperLumianaire and you don't such a powerful military either if you are this entitled to say that you are sick of it. They have been dealing with this for too long. So i say suck it up like they have.

It break my heart 💔 listening to these airmen speaj.Racism is a serious issue in the Air force. We all need to address this issue. We are all children of God no matter what our skin color is.. If you cut a white/ black man the blood is the same color and that is red. God is love and we must love each other. Racism is a serious issue that we need to talk about and find ways to stop this in our military and in America .
