I just wanted to note that seeking discomfort is not just doing extreme physical activities like bungee jumping, and I know that doing this might lead seekers to better places in their lives, but I still think that people who don't want to do this but want to seek at other aspects of their lives are just as strong as you are. With Matt being back ( Even if temporarily ) I am reminiscent of the older videos of YES Theory, and find myself extremely proud of what this community has accomplished by just trusting strangers with a similar mission. I find myself incredibly moved as well with how the Yes Fam has expanded all over the world. This channel has helped me overcome some of my deeper anxieties and depressions by just giving myself permission to try something NEW every once in a while! As Matt stood at the edge scared, I instantly started balling my eyes out because that would be me too. I’m terrified of heights and the dark alone. So to imagine myself.. foot for foot. Standing on the edge of that ledge getting ready to jump makes me quake of fear tears but also tears of joy because I pushed past a biggest fear and that makes me so proud already😭💙 Watching yall truly make me feel like I am there

I loved this video. A few years ago, when I started watching Yes Theory, I wasn't in a good place. Watching Yes Theory helped me out of the depression I was in. Your videos inspired me. Even though my sleeping schedule was messed up, it kept me somewhat in a good place. I would watch these videos from about 3am to 7am everyday, and somehow... They gave me hope. When I would go to sleep, I felt happy. I felt inspired. Most importantly, it gave me something to look forward to. Ammar's perseverance, determination, friendliness and optimism helped me look forward, inspiring me to keep going. Matt's enthusiasm, gentleness, and also fun personality, helped inspire me to think, and to have fun. Thomas's all around personality, being wild and spontaneous helps inspire me to live life on the edge. Always seeking out opportunity. I started watching YesTheory back in start of 2019. I was very terrified about the heights, I actually went to do bungy jump in 2018 but I gave up from the jumping spot. I still have that regret in my heart. I have been inspired by you guys so much in the past couple of years, you have changed my personality (in a good way), my way of living the life and I really love the new one. During the end of November (this year) I decided to bunjee jump again, but on new years. So yeah I have booked the bunjee jump for new years and being a film-maker I will be documenting it. Seeing this video gets me more excited for the jump day. Thankyou guys and love you ❤️🥺. Can't wait to meet y'll in person!

I wish I could fly like that!! For as long as I've been aware of bungee jumping, skydiving, & activities such as hang gliding, that's been a far-fetched dream bc I've had 8 thoracic surgeries/2 total chestwall reconstruction operations & I've been told, "The force to the chestwall is too dangerous." I think it's that no 1 wants to risk the liability, & I pray someone will say, "We can do this, you can skydive bc our harnesses are designed so your trunk (bottom) takes the majority of impact." For now, I watch these videos to support the movement... & maybe feel slightly jealous each time someone takes bodily discomfort w/a smile & appreciation for life bc I've always been in a prison body & haven't really felt very alive.
