You're a smart girl, its so nice your videos are about the essential problems behind a certain issue. Reassurence is something I seek a lot, from myself. No chance to seek it from other people as I live alone and avoid eating with other people. What helped me recently, is the thought that our brains are 60% fat. And in order to think properly, they need fat. It made me eat fat again. My heart will probably be happy too. I wish for you that you'll recover and will be able to chase your dreams and goals! But I feel you will.
