My best friend passed away 6 years ago in a tragic car accident and my mom got me his old Mathews creed for my birthday one year.. last year I sat in the stand praying and thanking God for the time i had gotten with my friend. A half hour later I killed my biggest buck a 155" 10 pointer. This year I was fortunate enough to kill nice 9 point with his bow also. So I can totally relate kendall. It's amazing how God works. God really is blessing you guys! Great work guys, I love it! This is the only KZbin channel I can honestly say I'm addicted to. The quality is amazing. You guys send a awesome message and are great influences to anyone that is interested in hunting. Keep the faith and keep killing!

Loved this hunt and loved the story about your mom❣️❣️❣️. We lost our mom to a massive brain aneurysm 7 years ago. Two weeks later, I had surgery to repair two brain aneurysms. I know she gave her life so that I’d be here to finish raising our son and be here for our daughter who just gave birth to our first grandchild. I KNOW she sends me messages and I talk to her daily. What an mazing story. After the passing of my dad, in 2010, I had a similar experience. I sat in the tree and talked to my dad, and thanked him for all the times he went without sleep to be at our ball games and to show us how to live off the land and hunt. 10 minutes after, I killed my biggest deer to date. You guys are having an amazing year. Love the videos and that stories behind them.

Love this channel. My normal quick go to hunting spot for after work (about 25 minutes from town) flooded this year so after watching these videos I started thinking outside of the box and moved my game closer to town. I got permission at a small tract adjacent to a residential neighborhood about 5 minutes from my house. I've seen a ton a deer at the new location and shot a nice mature buck earlier in the season. Looking forward to incorporating the urban strategy going forward and always looking forward to new content from seek one

Absolutely a great hunt. Congrats. My dream is to shoot a big buck with my bow. This is my first year back in woods. Wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast lung and lymph node cancer 3 years ago. I quit work to be home full time taking care of her and baby. No income I sold everything I worked for over the years including my guns and bow. I was given a bow this year by a friend to get me back in woods. I don't think I'd ever see deer of that caliper here, but just to be in woods a few times this year and to enjoy my one passion I Love,, does it for me. Good luck rest of year.

Talk about deja vu!! For the last two years I’ve watched my neighbor feeding deer in his side yard next to his woodpile. He dug a hole, filled it with corn and used logs so people couldn’t see it driving by. I literally just bought the vacant lot next to him at auction for $1,200 and shot 2 monsters the same night as they were headed to his feed station. 2 trophies for the wall and a story to last a lifetime. Great video, never got mine on film ☹️

In my state we have to be 150 feet from a building or occupied dwelling to fire a bow when you do not have permission, and to add to the drama you need owner permission to track and recover a deer that crosses onto unpermissed property. Making it impossible for this to happen here in my state. If you ever were able to convince someone with an elaborate schpeel... you would end up shooting one and the landowner wouldn't let you retrieve it. Watching you guys hunt this way is like watching something I can never do and it kind of awesome and sucks at the same time.

I had the same thing happen to me this year similar to the story at the end, I lost my father last September. This year I killed a nice 12 on public land in Ohio while talking to him and thanking god for allowing me to enjoy the outdoors. Congratulations on the awesome buck !

Don’t get me wrong, the giant deer are awesome, but I covent what y’all guys have in friendships. I hunt with my brother and he’ll be there if I need me, but it’s cool to have all your buddies along for a recovery. It’s typically just me when I recover a deer or turkey. Congrats!
