I just want to share. Another option to go there is by bus from TBS or Putrajaya Sentral.. take night schedule bus (10pm) then arrive at KBR-kuala besut bus station (7-8am) then can go to the jetty kuala besut by walk distance (10 to 15 min) or can go by taxi (RM 10).. and then jetty kuala besut will open for boat trip at 9am. this option is more budget for student or backpackers..btw great travelog..👍😍 I just came back from Long Beach Perhentian 2 weeks ago.. but need to go there this september before moonsoon start bcuz I didt get chance hiking the windmill.. kinda disappointed but really need to repeat 😎 Pulau Perhentian Kecil is another gem for traveller.. 😊

East coast islands are : Perhentian kecil/besar Lang tengah Pulau Kapas(cotton island) Pulau Redang (the biggest and most awesome one) Pulau Tioman Pulau Rawa (private) Crystal clear waters with corals.

Omg I love this video so much! I was in the Perhentian islands 7 years ago and I did the exact same island hopping tour as you and I saw turtles, sharks, nemo... everything. It was such an amazing experience. I don't know if you will be doing scuba diving there but my scuba experience in Perhentian was amazing. Thanks for sharing this video, reminds me of my family trip ♥️ looking forward to seeing more videos from there.

For world class scuba diving , need to go to sabah borneo. Need PADI certification. Sipadan island (the big stuff) eg whale sharks, barracuda, parrot fish, turtles, sharks. Mabul island (macro) Layang-layang atoll - hammer heads

Perhentian is East Coast. And Feb is the tail end of Monsoon. Season opens up march but weather gets better April onward. Have fun. Langkawi is nice but definitely nothing like Perhentian underwater 😉

In sabah borneo here are the islands. 1. Sapi 2. Manukan 3. Mermaid island 4. Mabul (diving) 5. Sipadan (diving) 6. Bohey dulang 7. Sibuan 8. Turtle island 9. Mataking 10. Pom-pom 11. Timba-timba 12. Layang - layang atoll (more for diving). 13. Not so glamorous gaya island. Only part of the island has resorts. The other part is home to filipino refugees(unfortunately).

The island is basic. No roads, no hospitals. In the past electricity is limited in the evenings using generators. No ATMs. And internet, not so good.
