As a Psychologist, I agree with everything said. And the repeated statement from the members was about safety so I feel there were or there is a high threat of danger for them. Wise choice to leave.

Yeah, I think he owns the name of the band. However, I feel Phil Sgrosso might own some part or something, if not, I don't think he would've stayed so long. Besides, he said he was settling some business before leaving. But I could be wrong. Thanks for watching!
