EEEEEE!!!! BLINKY BABY!!!!😄❤️ He’s amazing!!! I’m so glad to see that this baby has meaningful and useable features…. He doesn’t just come with an accessory (like the tablet baby).. And I agree on the eyelids… cannot believe how well they are concealed 😱 Mine should be coming today….debating whether my husband should notice🤣 UH OH…. Little Chip seems a wee bit jealous….😳

Can't wait to get one. Mine is coming Saturday. I think it's weird they did not give you access to the batteries to change them out. Maybe a little back surgery to get them and put in velcro to reclose him for future replacement.

i'm not a fan of talking/mechanical plush but i do like the eyelids. i wish they would make one with no mechanics inside that closes its eyes when u lay it down (like how american girl dolls do) i wonder if it's possible to mod this new one to do that?

Mine is supposed to arrive Monday, their dadalorian is off that day so he should be home most of the day. Trying to decide whether this one will replace my small Luke or just be added as my fifth child. I am definitely wanting to see how to reborn it and would love to be able to give it some vinyl hands and feeties.

Taking a Blinky apart would be interesting but that sounds really a lot like the scientists would do if we found a real baby alien. It would be good to know how to change those batteries. Mine is due today and I can't wait.

Oh, he's adorable but UGH at their insistence on non-replaceable batteries! Why do we think they keep doing that? It can't be that much more expensive to put a Velcro opening in the back, can it? 🤔 Anyway, awesome review! I'm not sure if Chip is too certain about his new sibling, lol! 💚

Hm. He is cute, yes. The tiny bit of eyewhite is missing, but the blinky eyes make up for that IMO. I still prefer my 1.0 version. Do not like the non-exchangeable batteries. I am really curious what you will find out.
