Thanks for showing us this one. It is always comforting to see that what comes apart goes back together and that the batteries can be changed.

Yes, exactly! Gives us hope😄👍🏻 Sometimes, we just have to go the extra mile to protect our investment 🤣 Glad we have Krista to show us how it’s properly done😄

Omg that’s incredible how the entire workings of him come out so easily in one piece. Can’t wait to get my hands on one and reborn him. Thank you so much for making this video, it’s really helpful and appreciated 🙂

Oh wow! That was really neat. I bet he would also work on a cuddle baby reborn body. Hmmm great demonstration! Giving us cool ideas. LOL THANKS For THIS VIDEO! I love all things Yoda and Grogu 😃🌟😃

Thank you for sharing. It’s fun to see how some of these animatronic plushie characters work. Good to know where the batteries are.

Hello again little guy 👋 Don't worry, you're in good hands. Oh glad you saw the string attaching the robe. That could've been bad. Good eye. Definitely don't want to ruin those adorable blinking eyes. I like that you show us the mechanics. It's nice to see how things work. *Great video 😎"

Oh, thank you so much for tackling this so we can see exactly what's going on in there! I wouldn't have guessed that's what his inner workings look like, pretty fascinating! So glad that the batteries can at least be changed with some effort. I still think they could've so easily just made a velcro opening in back but who knows why they keep choosing not to? 🤷♀Anyway, can't wait for part 2! 💚

Fantastic video, thanks for looking after us. Now I do not understand why Hasbro, this being a toy, gave no opening through Grogu's robe and body (closed with velcro) to make the batteries easily changeable. Sure you demonstrated very well it is doable, but I can imagine not everybody can actually do it.

I'm just happy that there IS a way to change the batteries because the product description said they were not changeable.

Thank you for this video! For those that want to know if you can change the eye color, the answer is no. I just spent an hour trying to figure out how they put the head together. I deconstructed it and found that they glued the rubber head the the hard plastic eye mechanism. I suppose you possibly could, but I didn't want to rip the face. Plus it took me an hour to get into it and involved a hair dryer, heating the head up and burning my fingers on the hot rubber. LoL

So there is no way to root mohair either? Probably not as the eye mechanism would be in the way. Not being able to heat set the paint kind of defeats the time and effort to take the head apart. Maybe air-dry paint to reborn it.
@sugatangerine512 жыл бұрын
Interesting to see what's in there! Not too bad to take apart anyway! It'd be cool if you could reborn him and have the arm move up and down and the eyes blink.

Thank you! Just got for Easter. Love Grogu! The Back of box says “can’t replace batteries” but next sentence says “remove batteries before disposal” 🙄 Guess company can’t make its mind up? Where’s Mando when I need him? 😉 Thanks again , very informative.

I have to say, as much as I felt a teeny bit cringy to see him being taken apart, it was so interesting to see his inner workings! Now, we know exactly where to press accurately for best success… it looks like a waffle😄 Great to know that there are batteries that can be changed, even though he has to be taken apart. Very well and meticulously done😄👍🏻
@janepatterson34892 жыл бұрын
Why can’t you open up the seam in the back to get to the batteries and replace them that way? I would think that would be easier than going through what you did.
@elrondriel2 жыл бұрын
I think she also wanted to show what it looked like inside and the mechanism so it wasn't just about how to replace the batteries

What Tinúviel Evenstar said. And for someone who absolutely hates sewing unless she has too, taking the head off is actually the easier option.

It makes me so irritated that you can't easily change the batteries. What is Mattel's logic there?? Trying to make you buy a new one instead?! --sighs--. Totally rad video!
