I wonder if the Wahhabis who fought against the Khilafah in the 1920s had ever heard the hadith that the brother mentioned at 1:04, that Shiatan has given up hope of idol worship returning to the Arabian Peninsula but he does have hope in making you fight each other. They accused their fellow Muslims of idol worship and slaughtetred them by the hundreds. They fought alongside the colonizers to topple the Khilafah.

I’m not taking a side but to me Ali was supposed to be the successor because the prophet pbuh himself killed 63 camels his life and gave the rest 37 to kill meaning he should have replaced him for the remaining years. I’m pretty sure abou bakr was present when this happened. 41:10...

Ali had the rest bc he was the one that brought them, nothing too deep

ya bish yes I later on watched and listened to how Allah himself pointed Abou Bakr as Khalifa. There should be no questions after that plus even Ali became a Khalifa later on.

He sent Abubakr r.a as the leader of hajj in the previous year. He put him in charge of leading the Prophet's masjid when he was unwell. He chose him as the sole companion to accompany him for hijra. The CV of Abubkar r.a goes on and on... Ali r.a too was a great sahabi but not to be khalifa when Abubakr r.a was around.
