I'm pretty sure when developing the game CC2 decided to leave out certain scenes on purpose. When playing you can... Do the Warp Kamehameha against Cell yourself. Do the Final Flash against Cell. Etc. If it's not a killing, or battle ending move why make it into a cutscene if the player can do it themselves(plus you get a cutscene when Cells guard is broken)? Sure it'd be cool if they were cutscenes, but people complain that there are too many cutscenes, and not enough gameplay already as it is. Grade 3 Trunks is a different story, but everything else is pretty much justified.

@@TheOnlyGokuMain that's what I've been saying. I don't know why people expected the game to be shot for shot from the anime, and to constantly look like the main villain cutscenes. If it was just because CC2 made the Storm series then they clearly don't remember how Storm went. In Storm way more stuff was cut out then Kakarot. In Storm the world wasn't nearly as open. In Storm the non important/major cutscenes didn't look amazing. In Storm Fights that didn't happen in the anime were added. In Storm 1 the story was absolute trash. In Storm 4 the cutscenes were a slideshow. I love Storm, and yes it's older, but you can't put it on a pedestal, while criticizing Kakarot, if you don't acknowledge its faults. Now I don't know why Recoom had such a beautiful cutscene compared to others, but I won't say it should of been removed in place of another, because then we wouldn't get that glorious cutscene. I'm possitive CC2s budget was running low, which is why some stuff was cut, but it wasn't the only reason.

I think that Cell looked so scared when 16 grabbed him to self-destruct because he was banking on keeping he regenerative capabilities hidden. If 16 would have detonated, then Cell wouldn't have been able to catch all the Z warriors off guard when he came back after his self-detonation

Might I suggest to use the other combo finishers. Finish with Triangle to knock back your opponent, and regain Ki(never need to use charge again). Finish with Square to end your combo with a Ki blast(different depending on the character). Finish with X to just do a different melee finisher(different depending on the character).

I’d like to know why there’s so much love for the final flash scene. When I was a kid I thought Vegeta was going to actually hurt cell and it did nothing and from them on I didn’t care at all about what Vegeta did. All bark and no bite.
