I don't think you can, if this DLC is post-game. 1 & 2 are mandatory for story progression, since they're auto-unlocked in the Final Bosses of the Namek and Cell sagas.

10:12 Yeah, as someone who went through the grind and got Goku, Vegeta and Gohan to lvl250 BEFORE the DLC, understandably I didn't gain nearly as much as people who didn't go through the grind. But that's fine. I'm expecting a lvl cap increase next DLC (probably to 300 or 350), and I'm certain that this DLC is just so that both new players and old players who didn't grind to lvl250 would be ready for whatever challenges the next DLCs brought to the table.

SeeReax this area is available at level 5 in the story and it is used to learn transformations before you learn them in story and if you want to get mad xp boosts you need to make full course meals and you can go to chi chi and if you get perfect meal then you can at least 50% exp boost like so he can see.
