Amazing, here I thought most of those readings on the MFD's were just for immersion. Great explanation. I'm amazed at how much there is to learn about SC also amazed at how knowledgeable you are. Keep up the great work! Subbed and liked!

Hey man, watched your video on components the other day and was quite impressed. As a devoted follower and avid player of SC, I was surprised at how much I didn't know about components. Though I understood emissions fairly well before this video, I still thought it to be very informative and it was presented in an easy to understand fashion. Look forward to seeing more of your content. I do have one question. Do we know what the consequences of suppressing IR is on the heat mfd? I understand the consequences of power throttling on the the power mfd, but I am curious as to what suppressing heat actually does. Or rather, what the ship is actually doing in order to suppress the IR. Surely there must be consequences at play here. Had we no power mfd, I would assume the ship was throttling power to reduce IR, but it doesn't really make sense to have the same function accessible from 2 different mfds. Thoughts?

I had someone tell the yesterday that you over heat faster once you suppress your IR, however that didn't seem like it would make any sense, ill have to test it myself and figure this one out, ill follow up with you when I had an answer! And ty mate!!!

still cant figure out is considered a low EM and how effective it is in actual game play. Would be good if there was a chat or something to say how far out you will get detected at what EM
