Uriel in angel lore/angelolgy is said to have the power of Claircognizance, the ability to instantly know things without knowing why or how, he just does. Yeah in Catholicism we put great importance on St. Michael the Archangel slayer of demons, even at most Catholic churches the end of Mass is followed by a seperate St. Michael prayer. This prayer(not worship) is simply the congregation calling upon God's warrior to continue to protect us as we go back out into the world. Catholics also choose confirmation saint names when they get confirmed in the faith( basically a sacrament where a young adult declares they believe in the faith) they chose a saint to b a sort of role model for them throughout life and St. Michael is and has been the most popular st name among boys. Also statues of Michael stabbing the devil are found in most churches. We have great admiration for the angel as he is by the power of God protecting us everyday from evil.

As a catholic, seraphim are not considered archangels. Archangels and Seraphim are considered by the church to b seperate occupational groups for angels. Seraphims are those who are closest to God, are the most powerful angels while Archangels are actualy decently low on the Angel ranking scale but they are the Angels tasked with fighting demons. Michael leads the archangels but raphael and gabriel are in his ranks as well as other unnamed archangels. Their position as heavenly warriors is why humans come in contact with them more often than other types of Angels. I fprget the other choirs of angels but there are several and seraphim, cherubim and archangels are just three of them. I believe other denominations of Christians and Jews sort Angelogy differently as it is not directly stated in the Bible but this is how the Catholic church sees them.

There is also references to Cherubs in Jewish culture as well. Metatron was a Seraphim but Samuel was a Cherub. They are close to god but not as close as Seraphim. Biblically though the internet does lesser these individuals as archangels which was a lower tier due to multiple interpretations of biblical text however if you look at the the original text they were not Archangels. Short terms Lucifer was not the closest to god he was the most favorite Cherub.

A very well done study on these angels. A couple of things or not addressed directly, though I’m sure they are part of your lexicon. Prior to his expulsion, Lucifer was a seraphim not an arc angel. He was chief of the Seraphim end closest to God he’s most favored. He aside from Metatron, who is also a Seraphim, the others belong to the order of angels, known as the archangels, as you stated. But all the nine orders of angels archangels are the second from the bottom fall only by the order of Angels. Very nicely done ‼️

When Ezekiel was to talk to the king of Tyres God asked him to mention a certain line which makes for an interesting topic. He asked him to address him as the Cerub (short for Cherubim) that was present in the Garden of Eden. But I do agree with you. Tbh I don't believe I can recall any studies of Metatron being considered as an Archangel. Plus Archangels are on the lower hierarchy of Angels as well that are closer to humans than God.
