Ingredients for cauliflower soup:
500 gr cauliflower;
2 potatoes;
2 medium/large onions;
100 gr parsnip;
100 gr carrot;
100 gr celery;
100-150 gr bell pepper, kapia, or sweet pepper;
1 bunch of parsley;
1 bunch of lovage;
4-5 cloves of garlic;
1/2 teaspoon of pepper;
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste;
150 ml tomato juice or 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste;
juice from 1-2 lemons or to taste;
3 liters of water;
Optional: two homemade vegetable stock cubes (see the recipe on my channel), and if desired, you can also add sour cream.
