I think that Venture into the Dungeon is a really strong mechanic and this deck looks sweet! I've also seen a Kethis the Hidden Hand themed Historic deck that focuses on cost reduction and replaying Acererak to grind the Mad Mage dungeon and I think that an edh version of the deck would be strong too

Thanks! Yes, I really love the venture mechanic :D I've seen the deck. I've also seen the Modern deck that cascades into Glimpse of Tomorrow to cheat in Rooftop Storm and then cast Acererak infinitely many times for free that way. I've also seen the Legacy deck that does the same but it uses Aluren. I think that it can also be done in commander in BUG decks since they can include all of the effects (Rooftop Storm, Omniscience, Aluren, etc.) to get a free Acererak and storm off that way. It can also be very consistent with tutors and such. But at least in this particular deck I didn't want it to be the sole focus. Yes, once you achieve it it's awesome, but having something a bit more watered down and fun was what I was going for.

Two cards I moved into my Sefris deck are Tortured Existence and Syr Konrad, since Sefris activates anytime a creature goes into the graveyard regardless of where (just like Konrad). This means for 1 black mana you can swap a critter from your hand and graveyard on each turn, which equals more and more venturing!

One card I feel everyone forgets about when building Sefris is Helm of Possession. It lets you sacrifice something, go deeper into a dungeon, steal their creature, and on another turn, sacrifice it if you want, to do it all over again.

You'd have to untap it though in order to use it again. And once you untap it, you lose control of that creature, so you wouldn't be able to sacrifice it to the helm. You'd need another sacrifice outlet for that. And then another creature to sacrifice to activate it again.

so I was really interested in the deck so I bought the deck and took it to my local game store and it played out a little too well so if you want a good Cedh then its a really nice deck but if you are just having a nice normal game ill try to find some replacements for Elesh Norn , and jin - Gitaxias because honestly, no one likes playing against those cards. but if someone is playing a token deck definitely put back in Elesh Norn because there is no way you are gonna survive without her.

The precon right out of the box is pretty good. But this deck is in no way shape or form cEDH. No cEDH player nor content creator will see this deck tech video and build the deck for a cEDH pod. The deck is strong but it's a 7 at best because any combo it wants to assemble is not supported by tutors. Elesh Norn and Jin-Gitaxias are creatures many players don't like playing against but reanimating them solely by completing a dungeon makes it incredibly slow and very telegraphed. It gives players ample opportunities to deal with. No tutors and telegraphed actions makes the deck 100% not cEDH. But I get where you're coming from. But cEDH decks on an entirely different level; this deck is not on that level. By any means.

@@TheCommanderTavern yeah my bad for calling this a cedh but honestly I had a really fun time piloting the deck and the adventure theme with an edict/ficker effect was a really nice touch and I will continue playing the deck its just way to fun. Thanks for the awesome deck tech.
