Sega Golden Gun - Single Player, No Continue Clear, No Credit Exchange

Sega Golden Gun is an arcade shooter made from Sega China that was released in 2010. It uses the same engine as well as certain assets from The House of the Dead 4. It is often considered a spinoff of House of the Dead because of this, but other than the borrowed assets and engine, it has nothing to do with the series. I decided to upload this since I've been practicing this game quite a bit ever since acquiring my Sinden Lightgun. Since I could not find many single player 1 credit clears of this game on here yet, I decided to do one myself. As an added challenge, I decided to not use the "Exchange Chance" opportunities where you put more quarters in the machine for more points to spend in the shop (and considering the only way to get bonus health in this game is to buy them in shops, it hindered me significantly; way too many close calls on this playthrough.) Eventually I'm hoping to get to the point where I don't need the Premium Start Chance either, but until then, this was a fun playthrough.

I rarely ever find videos of this game with the Full Auto mode. The bulk of my time spent in the arcade in 2012-2014 was this game. And even with 9 starting lives, it's still really hard!

Yeah this is definitely one of the harder games I've 1cc'd. The full auto powerup is borderline necessary for the last level, and if you wait to buy it like I did it gets more expensive next time you see it.

I like how cheesy the theme song by Takenobu Mitsuyoshi with how he sung in both Chinese and English. I am surprised that nobody did a video on the lyrics for the song.

Secert Good Ending is must no continue clear and buy secert item? Because I ever continue 1 time and buy secert item but it bad ending.

Buying the secret item gives you the security guard ending. Not using continues gives the Monkey King ending. At least as far as my knowledge goes

This game is kinda rigged to 1cc due to the flawed hitbox.

Yeah hit boxes get wonky when certain enemies are attacking.
