I know this isn't the best place to talk about this, but I hope that you (Go Geek Gaming) read this message and post a video on this developing situation. The UN is launching a war against anime and manga, and they've already are being successful. Earlier this year several art sites supported by the banks behind Visa Mastercard forced to wipe out countless artworks because it was considered too close to CP. And recently shortly after a UN group filed a report how anime and manga, along with P**N on how they "encourage" violence against women and children, two manga distribution sites had their ability to make credit payments cancelled by Visa Mastercard due to the companies not wanting to support what they see as CP, when it clearly isn't. One of these websites shut down soon after. I do not advocate for P**N at all, nor the more disgusting CP, the last I strongly believe must be banned worldwide. However, this victory for the UN and the banks are only the first step. They're trying to force change on Japanese culture (Manga and Anime). They will come after anything that doesn't offend the "modern audience", be it anything that's feminine to masculine. MARK MY WORDS, they will use stopping credit card support to hold hostage all manga, anime, video games, comics, movies and shows and jam this DEI crap down our throats. It's bad enough that we have the DEI people infiltrate and control our games and other entertainment stuff their narrative in them, but IT WILL BE WORSE IF THE UN GETS INVOLVED. If you think your video games like DOOM, Black Myth: Wukong, and Stellar Blade are safe from the UN and the banks reach, you're wrong! We need to stand up to the UN and raise the alarm now before it's too late.

I've already bought these games for Master System, Genesis, Sega CD, Game Gear, Saturn, and Dreamcast. (None of these games were released specifically for the Sega Pico, Nomad, or 32X, but I bought those too.) And then I bought the same games again for PS2, Xbox 360, PSP, Wii, GBA, DS, and I don't even remember what else. So I don't legally have to pay for them again to play them on an emulator. Lately I've been using Retron 5. Although it does use original cartridges, you can use a patch from SD card and the patch can be any full game file. But I do like the collections, if you don't already have the games. One time I was talking to a guy in Gamestop who said he wished he could play all the old Phantasy Star games, and I showed him the shelf with Master System Collection and Genesis Collection for PS2 that had all 4 games. He was amazed.

For anyone looking to collect these games before (or possibly after) they are gone, most of the games set for de-listing are on the "SEGA Genesis Classics" which released with physical editions for XBox One, PS4 and Switch. Of the remaining games, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, NiGHTS into Dreams, Space Channel 5: Part 2 & SEGA Bass Fishing are part of the Dreamcast Collection on XBox 360 and Steam. That leaves 4 titles not part of a collection: Ecco Ecco Jr Ecco: Tides of Time Eternal Champions

Simple solution. I will download these if I want them. In this case, Sega clearly doesn’t care if they don’t make a dollar off of these classics. So, F them, and F Nintendo too. They can’t care, if they did, it would be possible to purchase. Impossible to buy? Download the Roms. I can’t stand these practices. For myself, if I want a game bad enough, I’ll buy it. For example, MVC collection. I’ve got my physical copy preordered. I’ve already downloaded these but I want to play them on my Switch. And I will. But until then, Roms it is. So im not that dishonest. But again, same for NES, when Nintendo stopped support for the NES in ‘94, after that, NES, to me, was fair game after that. Same goes for all old consoles. I can’t buy it, how in the world am I supposed to play it?

Sega should make a 200 dollar handheld called "Sega Channel Revo" with the specs of Retroid Pocket 5 and make a bunch of money selling their back catalogue of console and arcade games Steam style. I mean a ton of their titles were never sold on console E-shops this seems like a big missed opportunity from them. I guess they want to do all the emulation themselves when they release titles that's why this has never happened.

Everyone needs to hurry up and get Jet Set Radio HD Remaster before it goes away. It might not necessarily be included in any future compilations. Best video game ever! Well its either GTA4 or JSR, but definitely top 2 games ever!!!!!!

@nonyabiz9340 It's either that or they are planning to remaster them and release them again or it could be an up to date compilation in the works. There is definitely a strong reason behind it. Unless they have decided they don't like money anymore because they would have been making alot of it from the sales of the games they have pulled. Maybe a console is the least likely of these options but if they did re enter thee console market I think they would be looking to make something on par with and to rival the switch. Even if they don't have their own manufacturing capabilities anymore there are plenty of companies they could partner with to take care of that side of things. I think it's worth keeping a look out for some kind of announcement or leak in the next year or so. Either way something new is in the pipeline.

@nonyabiz9340 I would prefer remasters or a new compilation because if you are like me and you want access to all the good stuff that comes out then you will want a PC for Steam, a Switch for the Nintendo stuff, a Playstation and an Xbox. That's enough hardware for anyone so putting another one in there is not going to be helpful for passionate gamers. That's without talking about wanting any retro consoles aswell. With all that already going that is too much for me another console is not welcome.

I don't see the problem,these games have been available to purchase for years,even digital games have a shelf life and if a company want to make new collections or remakes or whatever,it makes business sense to delist Sega are pretty good at warning about delists I look forward to what sega release in the future Emulation was about before sega were putting games on steam and emulation will be around after the fact Emulation is a fallback for gamers where there is no other way to play but it should never replace your ability to support games developers
