The Sonic R City Track feels like they shoved a bunch of photos of cities and Sonic Casino Stages into one of those Artbreeder style AIs where it just vomits back up something that vaguely looks like a city but makes zero sense as anything when you look closely.

It's a damn shame that modern SEGA just chose to avoid porting more Saturn games over. Sure there may have been some flops but there were underappreciated flops as well.
