This video describes the design, development and testing of some 3-D printed jigs for the accurate alignment of multiple thin segmented discs when gluing. In order to accurately glue up this thin slices of segmented discs, a jig of some sort is required. To accurately align the discs during glue up you can either center them on the inside of the disc or on the outside of the discs. I had made these jig to accomplish this. Both of these jigs will work, but I decided to 3-D print some jigs that center on both the inside as well as the outside of the segmented discs. This provides for twice the possibility of accurately aligning the discs during glue up.
