In this video I weigh 170 pounds at 5'10. a wide open throttle range test in sport mode on this electric dirt bike. It is a segway x160 powered by Sur-Ron. everything is stock. the bike only has 100 miles on it and most of the video I held it at top speed wide open throttle. I cruised at about 27 mph when the battery started to go down. In the beginning I was holding it between 31-36 mph. This test was all on pavement. The range will be significantly less when play riding and off road. I will be doing a range test in eco mode as well so check that out on my channel

Hello I actually have a sur ron 160 in that same color blue. My weight is about 177pd & my height is 5'6 since I checked. My commute from work is 15miles.. To give someone a visual idea on the distance. If you familiar with the 5 boroughs of new york. The bike estimate ride for a person can probably get them from Conely Island area to the lower part of Manhattan. A estimate to 14th too 30th st before the battery dies.. but keep in mind that's not on a A full throttle & that's kinda back & forth between E.P. & SPORT Mode

I’m 170 so I guess that’s still pretty good, there wasn’t much stopping though. Sometimes it will randomly hit low voltage mode

Bro my x160 came in this weekend and i can not get more than 20 miles to a charge MAX :( Not even close to the advertised 40

I think the advertised 40 miles is with a little kid. Are you doing a mix of sport mode and ep mode? Also how much do you weigh?

@@CoryJonas I’m only 130 lbs so I don’t think I’m pushing the limit too much. I have been using a mix of modes I would say very close to your video 20-30mph (typical commuting speed). You brought light to a pretty relevant issue because it’s not just yours.

@@CoryJonas if I could at least 30 miles I would be satisfied , but half of what is advertised you must have to be in EP mode only (15mph max)

@@sellursolez8136 I feel you, I always use ep mode when I’m commuting or cruising. I only use sport mode for jumps, wheelies and offroad. Thanks for letting me know though! I thought something was wrong at first. I’m uploading an EP mode test soon. Does your low voltage come on sometimes too early?
