very nice demonstration of this kata...we do it a little different at our dojo but a lot lines up and the 2 handed grab and strike is money

Great video. I’m a blue belt in okikukai this is the kata I’m learning. It’s a tough kata to learn.

Kung fu all the way, Karate was born from Kung Fu, Karate is stiff, Kung Fu is flexible....but practising any martial art is good I guess.
