Nah bro, there's an FD1 that comes with a K20 motor. Considered it's an fd1 but it still has the heart of an fd2. Here in the Philippines, you can only get a 2007 FD1. That's the only year that Honda released a 5-speed k20 motor.

The only difference in here is they swapped the 20 with a 24

Yes the 8th gen can come with k20a from Fd2. Fa5/fd5 come with k20z3. Which are the 6 speed full vtec engines. There is also k20z2 which is 5speed intake only vtec. That came in fd5 non type s. and fd1 overseas I believe but there is also r18,hybrid motors
