Will be cool to see this fully done, the 7002 is such a great watch and its getting harder to find one that hasn't been modded or re-dialed etc.

I actually just bought a 7002 by accident yesterday from a facebook seller, I thought it was an SKX and I was going to use it for a base of my first seiko mod. It isnt running but maybe this series will help me get it running as I cannot put an NH35 in it like I planned to.

Some have the sub as a background noise, others (like me) an airport next to them. Took me some time to watch this, too many interruptions, volume up-down, start-stop... Anyways, this is really interesting. Thanks Duncan, great series to come i guess, cheers.

Okay so I get the whole reason why you don't want to replace the dial in the hands for the patina and the vintage is there any way to repair the loom without changing the rest of the aesthetics?
@thetimebombardier2 жыл бұрын
Hey Mr E yeah you can repaint, refill sections or load up the lume, but haven't decided yet as it hasn't finished its sonic clean thru so was waiting to see what it looks like after that before making the call 😎😎👍👍

@@thetimebombardier I was just thinking it would be super cool to keep the patina look but to have the lume work really good
