Great review. Too bad a lot of these do have alignment issues with the the chapter ring and hour markers. Hard to pay this price for a precision item and have it end up like that. I'm debating whether to settle or send it back, the dial and design are just amazing.

Hello my friend and thanks for watching , I would send it back if Seiko can fix it or replace it , You pay a lot of money and you don't deserve a watch with alignment issues , I am citizen & Seiko fan and i still don't understand how can you make watches in the 800 USD plus and still have alignment issues , Its crazy !! .....

My sbdc065 looks terrible. Nothing lines up on it so I don’t wear it. Maybe I will take it to a repair shop and see if they can do something with it. I can’t even stand to pick it up right now it irritates me so much.

Which will u pick between these or the 3rd gen Sumo?and why?

The fact that I hold both of these watches I can tell you that I will pick the baby Marine instead of the Sumo. Why? in my opinion the baby Marine is much more beautiful in aspects of the case The dial and how they design The Watch from the engineering,cuts,polishing & brushing .In my opinion the Sumo is a bit out of proportion and feels a little bit big and chunky, Though the baby marine is almost the same, But because the dimension of the bezel is a bit smaller you have this feeling that the watch is more like 43 or 42 compared to the sumo that feels much larger . Must of the people i know that had the sumo sold him and got the babay or the mm300 it self :) Cheers !

I don’t like the stamped clasp on the sumo. The mm200 has a much nicer clasp. I will probably get a 3rd gen sumo also though lol.
