great video. I love my 7c46-7008. Once I get my SBBN013...it will complete my trio

Replacement parts for the vintage tuna are impossible to find so you need to buy the best model you can. Because of this they need to be looked after. They don't make a candidate as a daily wearer.

Agreed - just finding a bezel gasket was exhausting and $$.

unlike most seikos, the 12 o'clock indicator doesn't look like a vulva on this model; i like that.

Before acquiring my first tuna I was thinking to get one of the vintage models but I was not sure if they would be able to survive the simple everyday tasks. I ended up getting the SBDX014 which has the vintage vibes and can survive long.

The vintage ones I’m sure can take the daily grind but for my personal use I’d want to make sure their gaskets were still water tight.

For those the dont know this is a 7549-7001 (as stated) the 1st 4 numbers denote the movements and the next 4 denote the Case Shape/Style. The 7 in the 7549 means its a 7000 Series Chasis just like the 7s26 the 5 is the number of jewels the 4 is Quartz the 9 would be either the complications. So the 7c46 would mean its a Quartz Movement based on 7 series (C)hasis

I have one of 7C46 7009 and I’m trying to source the correct strap. Can you give me the ref for the strap please?

Looks like Seiko 4F24ZZ is the strap originally found on the 7C46 7009.
