Nice video! Quick question: Did you not swap the gray spacer ring with the 7s26 black ring? Is it not required, or is the gray on ok to use?

Ive been told you should but I've never had a problem and I wear this watch when I'm doing building work, The last 3 weeks I've been building the new watch workshop with it on my wrist and it fine

I want to swap the 6R35 out of my "Willard" for a Spring Drive but I don't know if it's possible.

You definitely missed swapping the black movement holder to the NH36. Like this, the new movement will not be secured, pushed down properly. You also missed to mention, that an NH36 with a specific day wheel is required to enable the 3.8 crown position. Sorry, but like this, your video is a miss.

The movement was really tight and so I didn’t feel it necessary to swap the movement holder over, But fair comment about the day wheel 👍🏻
