Seiko Presage SARX055 - Review

Just got mines this week and I am just binge wearing this instead of rotating like I usually do with other watches I have. Its definitely verstaile with different strap experiences and such a stunning watch for any occasion.

I have a Seiko srpd55k1, and I noticed that the crown in the "closed" position is not all the way to the case (literally 1mm from the case) like on your watch, literally on all srpd55k1 models, as well as on all Presage models like you have, I think is a bit far due to manual winding, do you know anything about it?

I think it's to allow for manual winding, and since it's not a screw down crown, it may just be sitting on top of the gasket. I'm not 100% sure.

@@soundscaperecordings1111 Yes, the SARX055 feels much better built and the case shape is more appealing to me. The case on the sharp feels very flate compared to the Sarx.

Just got my one import from Japan 2 week ago. But I got stunned for import duty🥹. Anyway, the watch looks amazing. It will stay in my collection alone side with my MM300 62Mas and King 🐢

What grey market did you buy from and the import fees, if you don't mind me asking? These are my concerns as of now.

@@w4r7 it really depends on how much you paid for it, i had to pay an import bill fro Japan but it wasn't a big deal, I usually go to Chrono24 and they will have shipping fee
