I think 663 got blue strap and a blue and red (pespsi) bezel.and 663 is PADI edition and its mentioned in the dial.

Interesting thing .... I have a Prospex which is actually a lower model than this one. In the UK we get an outer presentation box, as well as a full inner, hinged box with pillow. I wonder why we'd get better presentation over here. Odd!

If you mean the read hand, no, it's a stopwatch function only. The second had is in the left hand sub dial.

Nice review thanks ( I actually got a similar watch to this today in rose gold with black bezel ) I got it under half price but the store gave the wrong instructions. So this helped me learn to use it ( the stop watch is really cool ) lovely watch for for just under $220 and my first decent watch 😊

Irnest Taluyo i owned this watch SSC663P1, it has battery inside and solar powered so which mean u dont need to change the battery at all coz it will recharge by itself if the watch hit bright lights or sunlight

I don't have the watch any longer, but I'm pretty sure you cannot. The red hand is strictly for a stopwatch mode operation.

Should you get decent video setup and then make videos or do "no matter what" youtube upload which was shot with whatever smartphone or cheap camera have been handy?

I have a selection of nato one piece "zulu" bands that I bought from Clockwork Synergy before I became an affiliate with them. I have one called the PVD Zulu three ring in grey/red which is like a bond strap only with grey and red. (P-PVD) 22Z3R-(GRY-R) (link for 10% off in the description using my code) I think that one would be great because of the red in it which would match the red in the bezel. But I think the standard bond would be good, or the classic grey and black, or even a plain tan one. I have all of these and I switch them back and forth between watches. But in the end it's all a matter of personal taste and what you would like best!

Nick - I've been Lusting after an SSC617P1 and looking all over the net since viewing your review - on the 24th of this month I will be set - Financially - to purchase one - I just found one on World of Watches and discovered by looking at the pic of the back of the watch that the SOB is made in Fricking China - am I too late to get a Japan Chrono Diver - or What ? ? ? --- Or can you lead me to a reputable dealer - Preferably in the U. I have watched watch videos where as they handle the watch there are fingerprints all over the watch which takes away from the video in my opinion. But in this case, I had fingernails which had cracked and were bleeding so I wore the gloves so not to get blood all over this watch.
