Nice review! I agree it wears smaller and is more comfortable than a mm300. Like the look of the Green Ginza SBDC079 too!

Hey thanks, I really appreciate that. I've been improving the audio and lighting over the past few weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to be more eloquent as well :) The Ginza is another stunner from the pictures I've seen. I really like this line of watches (MM200). They surprisingly wear better than the 62MAS reinterpretation (SPB053 etc.). I bought SPB053 last year and sold it on because it wore way bigger than the dimensions suggested :( I completely ignored the MM200 watches until I saw one and actually tried one on. I was shocked at how well it wore and I regret not going for it in the first place lol

I like your attitude of big watches. Well, i am also like that, haha..actually, my wife, my two sons and my daughter also like big watches. We also like small watches, but, not too small. I have so many different seiko divers, and some are much bigger than the baby marine master. We are just having fun. We are not bothered by what people say.

For sure :) It is fun. What bothers me is that someone would take time to tear someone else down. Thankfully it's not that common.

@@engineer_wannabe The problem is this- it's understandable that if you want to buy only one or two watches only, and, you prefer them to be small which some youtubers like to promote,incessantly, which is another cause of the problem, but, it would be pretty boring if you are a player and you only have just one standard. Well, that doesn't make you a player. I recommend these people take a leaf from you listening to your, 'Hear me out.' Cheer!

Beautiful piece. I think the issue people have is with the movement at this price point. External craftsmanship is great, but the 6R15 is not a great movement. At this price they should put that new 6L35 or bump the price slight and put the 8L35. Both beat at 28,800bph and are of higher quality.

Excellent points but I have to disagree. The 6R15 is a good movement (except for the reported quality control issues) and Seiko is pushing it upmarket to make way for the cheaper 4R movements. But I do agree about the fact that Seiko should have put in the 6R35 in this watch (I think you meant the 6R35 with the 70hr power reserve. The 6L35 is supposed to be Seiko's ultra thin movement and is currently only in the SJE073J1 but a couple of watches are due with that movement in a few months).

Subbed. I probably passed up at least 5 investments on eBay solely because I was worried any one particular piece may fit or ‘wear’ large. If you appreciate the brand and their pieces that’s all that matters

6R15 movement can be a let down on reliability some times .2 of my Sumo,s run slow and I had trouble with my Alpiist before, had to get it regulated, runs sweet now...What's your Twilight like..?

I guess I've been lucky with my 6R15s. They have been solid for me and accurate enough to satisfy me :) That said, I am more cautious about getting a 6R15 now based on what I keep hearing...

Have you handled a Turtle? And if so, does this feel like it wears larger?

Yes sir, I have owned a turtle.This wears smaller on a strap. The Turtle is large but easier to pull off because of the short lug to lug
