I don’t know why people in the west don’t want their parent to live with them.I think it will be one greatest honour and privilege to have his parents live with them. While you were young they took care of you why can’t you do the same for them.Make them happy cherish them while they are still alive because statistically old people tends to die earlier than young people. Your parents and grandparents.They will always love to see you because just seeing you and knowing that you are OK makes them happy.

You can still take care of your parents without having them live with you....western cultures prize independence and personal freedoms, people generally don't like having their parents live with them because it feels inhibiting, like you're a child again with your parents watching over you vs. an independent adult with your own agency/life free of perceived scrutiny.
