I saw this applied in a street fight. It's a solid technique. Thank you for the break down.

Muito bom! Very Nice! A técnica no-gi é muito legal. Parece ser um arm-drag giratório.

To me it's no ude gaeshi, just a lateral drop/yoko wakare/arm spin. Used it a lot with this grip - in the way you execute it at 1:25, which varies from the body position you show in the beginning and later. A "kami shiho gatame" gap is the last Thing, I want in Competition. So i guess, you really torke his arm in application. Hence a gyaku ude gaeshi …?

For me, the angle in Yoko Wakare is quite different. I learned this as a distinct throw about 50 years ago, but I know that different folks can use different names for throws... especially the ones that aren't in the Go Kyo No Waza. And of course, all the throws have numerous variations. Yes, I try to get a lot of torque and momentum with this throw so I have the greater control when we hit the ground.

If we talk real fight/self defense im all for it, but i have seen enough footage from sports competition where its just reckless or most competitors are not to prepared to roll with it, then its just for dislocating and slamming on the shoulder (d-move)

I don't think you can call a classic throw like this a (d-move). It is quite advanced, and should not be taught to beginners. Nor should it be used in competition at low levels, however any throwing technique has potential danger in competition, particularly when the recipient is trying to resist. The importance of being in close contact with your opponent can not be overemphasized.
