In the second to last battle protect wasn't by passed by shadow sneak. It failed because each time you use it in a row the chances of it working drop significantly.

I prefer cobblemon but all of your videos are entertaining. Can you try cobblemon with gyms? It takes extra work because you have to set up the gyms yourself, but it is so much more entertaining. Ev trainers would be cool too. Why not custom starters? (To make a gym you download the cobblemon trainers mod and create a trainer. You get to choose what pokemon they have.)

Just to let you know, Quick balls don’t work outside of battle! You have to go into a battle with the Pokémon and on turn 1 use the quick ball to get the x5 catch rate!
